Corrugated Boxes

Built to take a hit and still make a good first impression. Custom corrugated packaging that holds up through the worst of shipping and still looks like it never broke a sweat.

Corrugated Boxes Built For Brands That Ship Seriously

Corrugated boxes are for products that need real protection without looking like they were packed as an afterthought. The fluted inner layer absorbs shock. The outer surface takes print properly. You get a box that handles the journey and still looks right when it arrives.

At Art Impact Packaging we build each corrugated cardboard box around the product and the brand. Skincare, tech, food kits, retail goods. Size, flute type and finish all get decided around what actually needs to ship inside. Not a standard box adjusted to fit.

Need a full range for different SKUs? We do corrugated boxes wholesale across multiple sizes so everything works together without mixing suppliers.

Stronger Protection. Sharper Print.

Standard brown shipping boxes do the job. But they don’t do anything for the brand when the customer opens them.

We start with durable corrugated cardboard packaging available in single wall, double wall and various flute types depending on the weight and fragility of the product. FSC-certified materials across the range. Crisp printing inside and out. Die-cut inserts, custom partitions and foam lining available where the product needs more than just the box walls.

Need small corrugated boxes for compact products? We build to your exact dimensions. Minimum order starts at 100 units, whether you’re testing a new be it cosmetics or a lunch-related product or scaling a line.

Custom options include offset and digital printing, matte and soft touch finishes, debossing, embossing, foil stamping and custom inserts.

What We Build Corrugated Cardboard Boxes For

We serve startups, scaling brands, and household names with the same detail-driven approach. Corrugated is versatile enough to work for them all.

  • E-commerce and subscriptions — Products that ship regularly need boxes that hold up consistently. Custom corrugated boxes keep things protected and branded from warehouse to doorstep.
  • Retail and display — Corrugated display boxes hold their shape on shelf and show the product properly without extra hardware.
  • Tech and electronics — Sensitive products need dense walls and proper internal support. Double wall corrugated handles both.
  • Food and beverage — Meal kits, snacks and gifting products need food-safe corrugated cardboard packaging that keeps contents intact through transit.
  • Events and gifting — Gable corrugated boxes for pop-up shops, giveaways and takeaway packaging that travels with the customer.
  •

These industries value the combination of durability, design flexibility, and the overall premium experience that custom rigid boxes provide.

Corrugated Boxes Styles

Not every product ships the same way. Some need a self-locking mailer. Others need an open-face display or a handled gable box. We build corrugated boxes in styles that match how the product actually moves.

Mailer Corrugated Box

Self-locking with clean folds. Used heavily by e-commerce and subscription brands who need consistent results at volume.

Display Corrugated Box

Open-faced and shelf-ready. Good for retail counters, sampling stations and product reveals where the product needs to be visible before it's picked up.

Gable Corrugated Box

Handle built in with a structured body. Used for pop-up shops, giveaways and takeaway packaging where the box travels with the person.

Tuck Top Corrugated Box

Closes firmly and works well for mid-sized products and gifts. Clean look and secure enough for heavier contents.

At Art Impact Packaging, we select materials that keep your boxes strong, reliable, and suited to your brand. From clean white boards to natural kraft, every option balances function with appearance.

FAQ's

Corrugated Boxes

A corrugated box has a fluted inner layer sandwiched between two flat sheets of board. That fluting is what gives it strength and shock resistance. It's different from standard cardboard which is just a single flat sheet. Most shipping boxes you receive products in are corrugated.

Yes. The fluted core adds rigidity and cushioning that flat cardboard doesn't have. Double wall corrugated cardboard boxes are stronger still and handle heavier or more fragile products through longer transit routes.

It depends on size, wall type, print and quantity. Cheap corrugated boxes at basic spec and high volume cost less per unit. Custom printed corrugated boxes with finishes cost more. The best way to get a real number is to fill in the quote form with your dimensions and quantity.

Protection is the main one. The fluted core absorbs impact and resists crushing better than flat board. Corrugated cardboard packaging is also lightweight relative to its strength which keeps shipping costs lower. It's recyclable, printable and available in a wide range of sizes and wall thicknesses.

Any business that ships products regularly. E-commerce brands, food producers, electronics companies, subscription services and retail businesses all rely on corrugated boxes. If a product needs to arrive undamaged and look good when it gets there, corrugated cardboard boxes are usually the right starting point.
