All materials featured on this website, including but not limited to text, images, product designs, videos, logos, software, data compilations, and downloadable files (collectively referred to as “Website Content”) are the exclusive intellectual property of Art Impact Packaging LLC.
No part of this content may be reused, republished, modified, sold, or redistributed in any form without written permission. Sample kits or prototypes may be displayed for demonstration purposes, but Art Impact Packaging retains all creative rights.
2. Intellectual Property: Copyrights and Trademarks
All trademarks, service marks, product designs, and logos used on this website are either owned by Art Impact Packaging or licensed for our use. Unauthorized reproduction, misuse, or imitation of these assets is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
By using this site, you acknowledge that U.S. and international intellectual property laws protect all content.
3. User Conduct and Responsibilities
Users must ensure that any files, text, images, or materials they upload to the site do not violate third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property.

4. Privacy Policy Acceptance

5. Order Placement & Authorization
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:
- You are legally authorized to do so
- You are of legal age and capacity to enter into a contract
- You have full rights to the designs and content submitted for packaging production
Once you approve a design proof, we assume it is final. You bear full responsibility for reviewing artwork, files, and specifications.
6. Payments, Cancellations & Charges
All pricing on our website is listed in Pounds (GBP £). Orders will only be processed after complete payment has been received through an approved payment method.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be made within 4 hours of final proof approval.
- A processing fee of $30 + 10% of the total order amount will be charged.
- Cancellations after 24 hours may incur up to 50% of the total cost.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they are in production.
7. Refunds & Reprints
Because all products are custom-manufactured, all sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances, unless a printing error is confirmed by Art Impact Packaging.
Reprint Policy:
- Defective or incorrect orders must be reported within 3 business days.
- Eligible reprint requests must be returned (at the client’s cost) within 7 business days.
- Rush production fees and expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.
8. Production & Shipping Terms
Production timelines begin after full payment, file submission, and artwork approval. Turnaround time refers only to production, not shipping.
Standard Timelines:
- Standard shipping: 10–12 business days
- Expedited options: 6–8 business days (plus 2–3 days transit)
Shipping delays caused by weather, customs, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses are beyond our control and not the responsibility of Art Impact Packaging. Additional fees will apply for incomplete or inaccurate shipping details provided by the customer.
9. Limitations of Liability
Art Impact Packaging shall not be held liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Delays due to carriers, natural disasters, or technical failures
- Loss of profits, data, or reputation due to product issues or website access
Liability is strictly limited to the value of the order placed. The user agrees to use this website at their own risk.
10. No Liability for Design Errors
We are not responsible for the following errors in the final printed product:
- Typos, spelling mistakes, or grammar errors
- Wrong layout or alignment
- Low-resolution images or pixelation
- Dieline setup errors or design bleeding issues
- Color variations due to different screen previews vs. print
Users are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all files prior beforection.
11. Automated Access & Misuse
Automated bots, scripts, or software are not permitted to access or use our services. Any such activity will be considered a breach of these terms and may result in legal action.
12. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of hayes, London. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts located in the same jurisdiction.
13. Changes to Terms
Art Impact Packaging may modify or revise these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the site following changes signifies your agreement to the updated terms.
